1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how PostZam, a product of Power Med LLC (“PostZam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

•       Account information: email address and name (if provided)

•       Payment information: processed entirely by Authorize.net through our Chase merchant account — PostZam never receives or stores your full card number, CVV, or magnetic stripe data

•       Content you upload or record: videos, images, captions, hashtags, links, and any instructions you enter into AI caption or AI prompt fields

•       Links you provide for AutoLink: when you paste a link into PostZam to auto-fill caption details, we retrieve publicly available information from that link to help generate your caption

•       Camera and microphone data: if you use the in-app video capture feature, PostZam accesses your device camera and microphone only while you are actively recording, and only with your permission

•       Support messages: communications you send to our support, billing, legal, or security teams

Information Collected Automatically

•       Usage data: features used, platforms selected, posting activity, credit balance changes, session timestamps

•       Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs

•       Authentication logs: login events, 6-digit email verification events, account access records

•       Platform API responses: success or failure status from Third-Party Platforms when we post your Content on your behalf

Information from Third-Party Platform Connections

•       When you connect a social media account, we receive and store authorization tokens issued by that platform

•       We use these tokens only to post Content at your direction

•       We do not receive your social media passwords

•       We do not access your followers, direct messages, or other social data beyond what is needed to post your Content

Information We Do Not Collect

•       We do not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic stripe data

•       We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or biometric data

•       We do not collect data from minors — the Service is not directed at anyone under 18

•       We automatically strip EXIF and technical metadata from uploaded and recorded videos before processing

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

•       Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

•       Process credit purchases and manage your credit balance

•       Authenticate your identity and secure your account using 6-digit email verification

•       Post your Content to Third-Party Platforms at your direction

•       Generate AI captions, hashtags, and thumbnails at your request

•       Read publicly available content from links you supply through AutoLink to assist with caption generation

•       Scan uploaded and recorded content for safety compliance as described in Section 4

•       Send transactional communications including verification codes, billing receipts, low credit alerts, and security notifications

•       Respond to support, billing, compliance, and legal inquiries

•       Monitor for fraud, abuse, spam, and violations of our Terms

•       Maintain logs for security, dispute resolution, and compliance

•       Improve the Service through aggregate usage analysis

We do not use your Content to train AI models. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Content Safety Scanning

To comply with applicable law and to protect users, PostZam scans content uploaded or recorded through the Service for safety compliance. Scanning uses automated systems and, where necessary, industry-standard reference databases maintained by child safety, counter-terrorism, and URL reputation organizations.

Where content is identified as a potential match for illegal material — such as child sexual abuse material — PostZam is legally required to preserve evidence and report to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. PostZam may also route borderline content to human moderator review.

5. How We Share Your Information

PostZam does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We share data with vetted service providers who help operate the Service. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to PostZam:

•       Authorize.net — payment processing (PCI compliant)

•       Chase — merchant banking

•       Postmark — transactional email delivery

•       DigitalOcean — cloud infrastructure and hosting

•       Google (Gemini) — AI caption generation and content safety analysis

•       Child safety and counter-terrorism hash-matching services — used only for mandatory safety scanning

•       URL reputation services — used to screen links you supply

Third-Party Platforms

When you direct PostZam to post Content to a social platform, your Content and authorization token are transmitted to that platform. PostZam is not responsible for how Third-Party Platforms handle transmitted content.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, regulatory authority, payment processor, or in response to lawful requests from law enforcement. Where permitted, we will notify you before disclosing. For content identified as child sexual abuse material or imminent threats, disclosure is mandatory under federal law.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of PostZam or Power Med LLC, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any change in ownership and your choices under this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure located in the United States. PostZam implements the following controls:

•       Encryption in transit: all data transmitted between you and PostZam is protected by TLS (HTTPS)

•       Encryption at rest: sensitive data including authorization tokens is encrypted in storage

•       Token isolation: social media authorization tokens are never shown in logs, error messages, API responses, or any user-facing interface

•       6-digit email verification for account sign-in

•       Access controls: production system access is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis

•       Privileged access logging: administrative access is logged and reviewed

•       Automated backups performed regularly and stored securely

•       EXIF and technical metadata automatically stripped from uploaded and recorded videos

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact admin@postzam.com immediately.

7. Data Retention

PostZam retains your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Typical retention categories:

•       Account information: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure

•       Billing and transaction records: minimum 7 years for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes

•       Security and access logs: minimum 12 months for security monitoring and fraud detection

•       Platform authorization tokens: retained while your account is active; deleted upon account closure or platform disconnection

•       Content: videos and media are processed and transmitted; PostZam does not maintain a permanent archive of your posted Content beyond what is technically required for the Service

•       AI caption logs: retained temporarily for quality and audit purposes, then reduced to error logs only

•       Content safety evidence: content identified as potentially illegal is preserved as required by law until law enforcement releases the hold

•       Support communications: retained for dispute resolution and quality purposes

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

•       Access: request a copy of the personal information PostZam holds about you

•       Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

•       Deletion: request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations

•       Portability: request your data in a portable format where technically feasible

•       Objection: object to certain processing of your information

•       Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting support@postzam.com

To exercise these rights, contact admin@postzam.com. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Some data cannot be deleted where retention is required by law, for fraud prevention, or for legitimate dispute resolution.

9. Cookies and Tracking

PostZam may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service:

•       Session cookies: to maintain your login state and session security

•       Functional cookies: to remember your preferences and settings

•       Aggregate analytics: used to understand how the Service is used — this data is not linked to individual identities

PostZam does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. PostZam is ad-free.

10. Third-Party Platform Privacy

When you connect Third-Party Platforms to PostZam, your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. PostZam is not responsible for the privacy practices of TikTok, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, or any other connected platform.

PostZam requests only the minimum permissions needed to post Content on your behalf.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. PostZam strictly enforces zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and cooperates fully with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and law enforcement as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact admin@postzam.com immediately and we will delete it.

12. International Users

PostZam is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

If applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction grant you additional rights, contact admin@postzam.com.

13. Policy Updates

PostZam may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
